MegaMan NT Warrior, known in Japan as Rockman.EXE, is an anime and manga series based on Capcom's Mega Man Battle Network video game series, part of the Mega. Kinda sucks that they didn't end this batch with the BurnerMan ep, but I bet they'll start with that whenever they resume airing it. MegaMan NT Warrior Axess.

Hub The Hub.BAT / Hub Batch, known as Saito.BAT / Saito Batch ( サイトバッチ, Saito.BAT / Saito Batch ) in Japan, is a program from the series that when equipped into 's system completes Hub's DNA to be 100% like that of. When MegaMan was created by Dr. He was the first to have had human DNA incorporated into him to create a better bond with his Lan. Hub was Lan's identical twin brother who died shortly after birth, meaning that they originally shared the same DNA. Yuichiro feared that if the DNA were the same in MegaMan, any damage received by MegaMan would affect Lan, and vice-versa. As a result, Hub's DNA was changed by 0.001% to prevent complete with.
(The 0.001% is presumed to be eye color, as Lan has brown eyes, but Mega Man has green eyes.) When the Hub.BAT is added to MegaMan, the 0.001% difference is removed and MegaMan's code becomes 100% in synch with Lan's DNA, enabling them to go Full Synchro. History Hub.BAT Chip In, MegaMan had been severely damaged by 's life magic attack and Lan's father had sent with the Hub.BAT program in hopes of boosting MegaMan's power. After revealing the truth about MegaMan's creation, Lan reboots MegaMan with the Hub.BAT and MegaMan's programming gets rewritten, strengthening his power enough to defeat the.
While not used, the Hub.BAT program is mentioned during the events of, as Lan wonders if they can defeat the reborn Life Virus without it. In, after MegaMan defeats every V3 NetNavi with an S rank (excluding ), next time when he style changes after a random battle, he receives called HubStyle. With this style MegaMan gains the abilities of the Guts, Shield, Custom and Team Styles, maxing all stats, but halves his Max HP. (Note: This style can only be gotten once. If the style is deleted or it is not chosen upon the style change, the player can never obtain it again). Presents Lan with the Hub.BAT as a that 'brings out MegaMan's full potential'. The program gives him over 15 abilities, but causes a that halves his HP and always causes an error.
In addition, this program needs to be modified (with ModTools) no matter what style he is in. (To counter the natural errors of this program, including the HP loss, equip the Navi Customizer Program called BugStop, which is obtained from leveling a BugStyle to Lv.2). The Hub.BAT appears as a in ( version only) which works the same as the program from Mega Man Battle Network 3 without the HP glitch. Trivia. MegaMan and Lan gain the ability of Full Synchro as a battle mechanic starting in, alluding to the strong bond between the duo. It was used story-wise in the end of Mega Man Battle Network 3, in the same way as the previous bosses had. In computing, '.bat' stand for ', which is a type of file that contains a series of commands to be executed by a program.
As a result, Hub.BAT is also referred to as HubBatch.
I'm thinking they are just cutting it off for a while and then bringing it back. Nothing uncommon for Kids WB! However I'll be honest in saying I'd love to have the show be re-edited (but the Ocean voices are fine) and have the original music put back in. For DVD and for Toonami as either Mega Man EXE, Mega Man Execute, or Mega Man Battle Network. Sadly this show could have been so great if ShoPro had given it the IY treatment as apposed to what seems quite similar to Nelvana's, DiC's, and Saban's typical treatment of animes.
I'm also curious how Astroboy is gonna fare. Cyborg 009 is fantastic on Toonami.
I'm hoping they use the same standards and not try to over americanize it like Mega Man NT Warrior was. I'm thinking they are just cutting it off for a while and then bringing it back. Rockman EXE is a very very solid series. Mega Man NT Warrior, however, manages to turn it into generic crap. Now, normally I'd say the chance of seeing the original Japanese version with English subtitles on DVD is slim to none, Rockman EXE has had a very large, successful following amongst U.S. Anime lovers who watched the fansubs. Something other heavily localized series such as Yu-Gi-Oh! Or Pokemon never had.
Additionally, this isn't DiC or 4Kids we're talking about - it's not like ShoPro has this whole paranoia thing going on about making sure they don't release a series uncut becuase it'll tarnish their image like the aforementioned distributors do. So, I'd say an uncut release on DVD could be likely. An uncut dub with original music? HIGHLY unlikely. But the original Japanese version very well could happen, given the circumstances. For everyone hoping Sony gives Astroboy the Cyborg 009 treatment can stop hoping.
Simply put, I'm finding more and more evidence with every series that the amount of localization done depends mostly upon the network on which it airs, rather than the distributor (4Kids being the big exception). Want examples? Well, ShoPro's treatment of Mega Man NT Warrior compared to Inuyasha and Hamtaro is one big example, and while I can't readily give any other examples like this. Just think about it. Every single anime series produced for Cartoon Network (the one that doesn't fear culture or the like) so far has gotten a very respectful dub regardless of the distributor, whereas the other big three (Fox/ABC Family, Fox (Kids/Box), Kids' WB!) have never done so, regardless of the distributor.
In the end, I think if Kids WB! Wants to localize Astroboy for the U.S. By changing everything around, it isn't really going to matter what plans Sony had for the series. Chances are, Kids' WB! Sets the ultimatum in the matter - if they don't think having an instrumental background music is gonna' do it for the US, they'll make Sony change it to heavy metal or techno crap. Or they won't air it.

I find if funny that when companies that only release anime dubbed edited on dvd that people wonder why people like me go out and buy the HK dvds no matter what the sub quality may be. It should tell a company that I would rather buy and own pirated material over their lousy rip off dvds. Why pay $20/dvd for 3 eps for something you can just record off tv for $5, and get tons of eps on a disc??? As for MegaMan, well Viz has said they aren't sure if they will release the original version on dvd, they have workers who are for it, and those who are against it. Mega Man isn't Pokemon for crying out loud! It has very faithful older fans that have been into the games long before Pokemon was even thought of.
Out of respect for the real Mega Man fans they should put out a true dub. I don't think Ocean would mind doing it at all. So it's really up to ShoPro and Viz. Either way edited or none edited. Unless they come in a box set you can bet we're gonna have to pay 21.99 for three episodes of Rockman EXE liked with Inu-Yasha.
Sometimes I hate how Viz sells their videos. They can be WORSE than Funimation.
